We believe that Scripture prescribes a plurality of leaders for every local church and teaches that the office of "elder" and "pastor" are one and the same. Therefore, whether functioning as a full-time staff member or a non-staff volunteer, every elder/pastor serves as a spiritual shepherd and overseer of Hope Church, devoting himself to prayer, teaching, and pastoral care.
